We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your rate-check request is handled by Omnia Mortgage — not distributed to lists of lenders or lead buyers.

- Our lending partner: if you proceed with a rate check or application, information is shared with the lender that originates the credit product in order to process your request;
- Service providers: vendors that host the Site, operate our customer-relationship and messaging systems, and provide analytics/advertising services, under obligations to protect your information;
- Legal and compliance: where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages (including automated messages) from Omnia Mortgage at the number provided regarding your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of doing business. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
